Am I obligated to work with a realtor, + does it really ... - Zillow Real ...

I know I need to call someone, with regard to a home my husband + I made an offer on, but I'm not sure whom. We'd gone to an open house, while building my non-existent credit. We really liked the house, but told the seller's realtor, who was showing the house, that I didn't believe I yet had the needed credit score. She contacted me the next day, + gave me the name of a local mortgage broker. The next time she called, I told her that I'd contacted a local realtor to represent us. She kinda freaked. Said she was supposed to be our rep as well. She seemed offended. She had me meet her to go over paperwork, + sign a 'dual representation' form. Then she told me that her mgr did not approve of dual representation. In the meantime, the broker put my info thru a 'QuickScore' mortgage pgm, that told me precisely what to do, + built my score up by 65 pts! It also took a few weeks, + the house had already been on the market over a year. For some reason, the listing was removed from the realtor,+ reassigned to another, within the same company. So, now my score is looking better, but I don't even know who to call to ensure there aren't other offers on the home. Am I still obligated to call the 1st realtor... or to call the person who now holds the listing at the same company (the manager + his wife)... or should I call someone else? Or do I just work with the mortgage broker?
